The order are send in a delay of 10 working days once it had been fully paid. I'm alone managing the shop, so I need a bit of time to pack and send the order by myself, Thank you for your understanding and patience.
The shipping service used is either La Poste (postal service) or Mondial Relay (if available in your contry and if you chose this option). The order will each have a shipping number, you'll receive it by email once the order is shipped.
IMPORTANT IF SHIPPING WITH MONDIAL REPLAY: Thank you to send the adress of your Mondial Relay's pickup point at contact@resuri.fr with your order number or I won't be able to send the package. (It has to be an official Mondial Relay's pickup point. Your home adress can't work.)
In case of a damage, stolen or lost order/item because of the service of the carrier, I can not be held responsible of it. I encourage you to contact the carrier to make a reclaim to them.
